My Awareness Practices
to release stress and fear
Inspired by my Qigong practice I integrate the NATURE connection into the process with breathing and focus in order to calm the mind and release the heaviness to the Earth by inhaling Lightness from the Air
Stilness in the NOW , a mindful PAUSE to recalibrate , where being with- in your senses creates space for your breathing.
Nature Explorations to Evoke Awareness
Autumn offers us an opportunity to practice active listening. It s about being fully present in the moment , paying attention to what is being communicated verbally, somatically and beneath the surface.
As coach , the active listening is a key competency to apply. It’s not just hearing the rustle of leaves, but feeling what it evokes within us. It’s the hum of the wind and the softness of the light fading early in the day—it all carries meaning.
Inspired by the teachings in the book “ZEN: THE ART OF SAVING THE PLANE”T by Thich Nhat Hanh, following what I am reading and hearing about sustainability, regeneration, eco grief , and the new approaches to build up a healthy life and Planet , I made a few reflections on what I take away from the book
“The way out is in.”
Not in the next solution, but in the next breath.
Not in the control, but in the compassion
