to release stress and fear
Inspired by my Qigong practice I integrate the NATURE connection into the process with breathing and focus in order to calm the mind and release the heaviness to the Earth by inhaling Lightness from the Air
Stilness in the NOW , a mindful PAUSE to recalibrate , where being with- in your senses creates space for your breathing.

During a mindfulness-with-in-Nature retreat in Thailand, I witnessed how everything began to shift the moment people felt safe.
Here is what emerged…
Each Chinese year is associated with one of 12 animals and one of five elements—a combination that repeats only once every 60 years.
In 2026, we welcome the return of the Fire Horse (丙午年) —a powerful and dynamic energy.
So, what does the Fire Horse bring?
It doesn't create what isn’t already there—it intensifies what is alive within us.
This is a year to:
🔥 Cultivate inner grounding, so you don’t feel destabilized by the heat
🔥 Embody self-awareness, so the fire becomes focused propulsion—not burnout

That is what I am doing through my coaching, rooted in awareness and somatic practice within nature. I support clients to create a safe container where they can explore and stay with what is present…….After sharing despair and the flow of feelings, I invite them to pause, take a breath, and explore gratitude.
I was reading an article, and one sentence captured my attention for several days. Perhaps this is because, living in China, the idea of energy is quite familiar and often used in our daily language and life:
“Nature emits a nourishing energy—a momentary suspension of stress, worries, and internal conflict.”

The “nourishing energy” mentioned here is actually present in that quiet shift that happens the moment we step outside— …..
