The 6 day -retreat of **nature-bathing** in the resort’s stunning gardens and surroundings includes **2 days of hiking** through the forest with an overnight stay in a local village.

I joined Activethailand trekking at begining of this year, where I offered a few of my practices, and felt such **wonderful energy**—both from the resort, with its simple yet refined elegance, and from the soul-stirring beauty of the forest. The cozy guesthouse, with its open terrace overlooking the sunrise and sunset, deeply inspired my nature- based mindfulness group practices—and ultimately inspired this retreat!
